Terms Of Service

This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the Artist and the Client for the commission of an artwork ("Work"). By commissioning the Artist, the Client agrees to the following terms:


⭐1. GENERAL DISCLAIMERS⭐
- I have the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at any point in time.
- Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be cancelled if it occurs.
- These terms may vary slightly depending on the type of commission or be updated at anytime.⭐2. PAYMENT AND FEES⭐- Payment is due in full upfront
- All payments are done through Ko-Fi/Stripe invoice using USD currency.
- Additional fees will be charged for agreements like NDA or commercial rights
- Additional fees will be charged for excessive or major revisions (see “Revisions” below)
- Exact prices for the fees described above vary depending on commission type. NDA is typically 33% of the base price, commercial rights 50% of the base price, and revisions on a case-by-case basis.⭐3. TIMELINE AND PROCESS⭐
- Working days and hours are Monday-Friday 10:00am-5:00pm PST / 1:00pm-8:00pm EST.
- After beginning work on a commission regular communication will occur and progress can be viewed on my Trello page.
- I will send over a sketch for approval before continue to the next stage, this applies for each stage. All progress pictures are send with a watermark placed over until the commission is complete.
- Depending on the current cue and type of commission order, completion time can be between 2-4 weeks.
- I will always do my best to complete your commission within a timely manner, but please understand that sometimes life may get in the way and cause delays. If this happens I will notify you as soon as possible to keep you informed.⭐4. REVISIONS⭐
- During the sketching/lineart phase major revisions are allowed up to 2 times. Minor revisions are allowed but keep in mind the more revisions made the longer your commission may take to make as I have to adjust for these changes.
- Once the lineart is done and flat colors are laid down, major revisions are no longer accepted, so please make sure you are happy with the pieces before this stage.
- Revisions due to my own negligence are not counted towards the limit.
- An additional fee may be incurred provided the limit for revisions is surpassed.⭐5. RIGHTS & USAGE⭐
- I, the artist, retain the rights over any commissions works.
- I reserve the right to post the commission work on my social media, stream, record, and upload the creation of the artwork unless you purchase NDA for an additional price of 33% of the original price
- Any characters portrayed in the commission work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.
- The final product is strictly for your person use only, unless you purchase commercial rights of 50% of the original price.
- Credit to the artist, me, is still required when using the work in any form of commercially.You may use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways:- Print for work or personal use.
- Crop and/or resize the image for use as a profile picture, header, video thumbnail, etc.
- Post the artwork on social media with credit to me clearly visible.You may NOT use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways:- Claim the artwork as yours
- Remove my watermark/signature.
- Paint over or alter the artwork in ways not covered in the allowed uses above.
- Color in my sketches or lineart.
- Use the commissioned piece in any technology related to AI, NFTs, and/or cryptocurrency. This will result in an immediate blacklist from commissioning me in the future.
- Reproduce the work commercially without purchasing the rights from me⭐6. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS⭐
- Once the final product finished and approved a refund is no longer available.
- You may cancel the commission at any time, after which a refund of the equivalent work done will be returned.
- I reserve the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
- You may not file a changeback against me after you have given approval of the artwork.⭐7. ACCEPTANCE⭐
You will receive your completed commission in a ZIP file either emailed or send through Discord after completion as been approved by you, the commissioner. Images are always send as 300 DPI PNGs unless otherwise specified.Thank you for taking the time to read this and for considering commissioning me.

2. Artwork will be streamed at twitch.tv/loopzievt unless an NDA is discussed for an additional cost!
3. Humanoids are preferred, but if you have something different just let me know through DMs!
4. Artwork resolution depends on the request and will be discussed!
5. A proper reference or images of the character MUST be provided!


IF YOU ARE SUBMITING A REQUEST PLEASE INCLUDE1. Clear description of what you want (e.g. stream alerts, animated work, full-body illustration)
2. Preferred image size (default is 2500x2500 pixels)
3. Any references the artist may need if the request is accepted
